About Me

I'm Zayd (known artistically as zayd.). I produce and write music centered on deep RnB and nocturnal trap vibes.

My connection with sound began early on with an acoustic kids guitar. As soon as I set up my first PC, the very first software I searched for was FL Studio. Eight years of continuous exploration, arrangement, and mixing later, that obsession has defined every aspect of my musical catalog.

Every track begins in my head as a mood, a harmonic chord progression, or an emotional memory. I shape each sound to create friction between raw rhythm and melancholy, leaning heavily into minor scales like F# Phrygian to construct distinct nocturnal atmosphere.
